Russian occupiers, despite numerous appeals from the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) and world leaders, continue to turn the city of Energodar, Zaporizhzhia region, into a military logistics base.
This is stated in the summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
So, the Russians use the plant of Non-standard equipment and pipelines to repair military equipment.
