Kuleba names three conditions for Russia’s defeat in the war against Ukraine

International partners should provide Ukraine with all the weapons it needs and strengthen sanctions against Russia.
This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba at the EU Council of Ministers.
According to him, it is critical to win the war:
- Provide Ukraine with all the necessary weapons, primarily artillery systems, MLRS, and their shells and missiles;
- Strengthen international sanctions against Russia in the areas of nuclear energy, digital technologies, diamond sales, maritime logistics, and finance;
- Prevent Russia from launching missile attacks on Ukrainian cities, primarily through a global ban on the supply of dual-use goods for the Russian missile and drone industries.
Kuleba noted that the raid on Moscow by Wagner’s PMC units clearly demonstrated the weakness of the regime of the Russian savage Vladimir Putin.
– “On Saturday night, we saw not the ending, but only a break in another act of destruction of Putin’s vertical. Russia is getting weaker every day” he emphasized.
The minister also called on the United States to speed up the training of Ukrainian pilots and technicians and the transfer of Western-style aircraft to Ukraine.
Earlier, Dmytro Kuleba said that the Ukrainian army would conduct as many counter-offensives as necessary to liberate all Ukrainian territories from Russian occupants.
