Defense forces of Ukraine are moving forward in the direction of Bakhmut.
This was announced by the commander of the Ground Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Colonel-General Oleksandr Syrskyi.
– In the direction of Bakhmut, the Defense Forces continue their assault operations, the enemy is knocked out of positions on the flanks of the city of Bakhmut, and Ukraine returns its territories under control, – the message says.
He also showed a photo of the sunrise over Bakhmut taken by an aerial reconnaissance UAV of the Joint Task Force Adam.
Earlier, British intelligence reported that the Defense Forces of Ukraine intensified attacks in the Bakhmut district of the Donetsk region and made progress both on the northern and southern flanks of the city.
