Killed an Ukrainian Armed Forces serviceman and tortured locals. The Russian commander was served with a notice of suspicion

The Security Service of Ukraine has served a notice of suspicion to a Russian commander who tortured a Ukrainian serviceman during the occupation of Chernihiv region.
This was reported by the SBU press service.
It is noted that the person in question is Major Danil Koblik, the battalion commander of the 74th Separate Motorised Rifle Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces (Yurga, Kemerovo region).
According to the investigation, in March 2022, he commanded an occupation unit that took part in the seizure of the village of Lukashivka, Chernihiv region.
– During punitive raids on the territory of the settlement, Russians captured a Ukrainian serviceman and abducted three local civilians. Then the victims were imprisoned in one of the seized garages, where the Russian invaders set up a torture chamber,” the statement said.
“Koblik personally ‘interrogated’ the prisoner, subjecting him to severe torture.
The Russian wanted to find out intelligence about the Defence Forces in the region. However, having received no information, the occupier shot the Ukrainian defender.
In addition, Koblik tortured other prisoners. During the torture, he periodically fired shots from an assault rifle over their heads.
Based on the evidence collected, SBU investigators served the Russian invader a notice of suspicion under Part 1, Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code (violation of the laws and customs of war).
The Russian commander is currently hiding from justice in Russia and the temporarily occupied part of Ukraine. At the same time, the SBU has already established his approximate location and circle of contacts.
Comprehensive measures are being taken to bring the offender to justice.
Earlier, law enforcement officers quickly identified the person who recorded the arrival of a missile launched by Russian troops in Kryvyi Rih yesterday.
