Some drones flew to the western borders: Ignat about the features of the night attack

On the night of January 29, the Russian Federation attacked Ukraine with kamikaze drones and ballistic missiles. Some Shaheds flew to the western borders of the country.
This was stated by the spokesman of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Yuriy Ignat, on the air of the telethon.
– Today, the geography of the Shaheds was larger – some units flew as far as the western borders of our state. But all were destroyed in the regions that we have already reported – these are Mykolaiv, Zhytomyr, Rivne and Khmelnytskyi, – he emphasized.
Ignat also drew attention to the fact that this and the previous night were practically identical in the use of air attack means by the enemy.
– There were also 8 Shahed attack drones, 3 S-300 missiles and one, not two Iskander-M missiles, as was the case yesterday. The directions of the S-300 attacks are also Donetsk region, Iskander-M – Poltava region, in particular the Kremenchuk district. This is what the local authorities are talking about, about which enterprise the enemy usually tries to attack there, – the spokesman clarified.
According to him, on the night of January 28, it was possible to shoot down only four out of eight Shaheds, because the Russian Federation hit them precisely in the front-line zone.
Attack by drones and ballistics on the night of January 29
Air defense forces and means managed to destroy all 8 Shahed-136/131 type drones, which the Russian Federation used to attack Ukraine, on the night of January 29.
Also, the occupiers launched one Iskander-M missile from the Voronezh region of the Russian Federation and three S-300 missiles at the Donetsk region from the temporarily occupied territory of the region.
