Limits on electricity consumption are introduced in the regions for the evening – Ukrenergo
As a result of the night drone attack on Ukraine, there is damage to the energy system, and evening consumption limits have been introduced in the regions

Despite the damage, as of 11:00 a.m. on January 2, the situation in the power system is fully under control.
-Due to network restrictions caused by significant destruction of main networks as a result of 11 missile and 14 drone attacks by the enemy, in order to prevent additional accidents, consumption limits for the evening period have been brought to the regions, – Ukrenergo said in a statement.
As a result of the night attack, the situation with power supply in Kyiv became more complicated – emergency shutdowns are used in the capital. Specialists restore power.
Ukrenergo, electricity producers and operators of distribution systems continue to restore damaged facilities to ensure power supply to consumers and increase its reliability.
