Stabilizing and network blackouts are operating in five regions – Ukrenergo
In the Zhytomyr and Kharkiv regions, repair work on energy facilities continues after the shelling on March 9.

In the Mykolaiv region, all consumers who were left without electricity as a result of hostilities were restored.
Due to the increase in consumption, there are emergency shutdowns in some districts of Kyiv and Kyiv Region. In Zhytomyr Region and Kharkiv Region, when consumption increases during peak hours, it is possible to apply hourly shutdown schedules.
There is damage to networks in the frontline areas of the Kharkiv and Kherson regions due to artillery shelling. Where the security situation allows, repair work is ongoing.
In Zhytomyr region and Sumy region, there is also damage to networks due to strong gusts of wind – consumers are also recovering.
In other regions, energy consumption restrictions were not applied, limits were not established. The amount of generated electricity available in the system is sufficient to cover the needs of all consumers, Ukrenergo emphasizes.
