There are risks that Luhansk region will be completely occupied – Zelenskyy

There is a risk of complete occupation of Luhansk region by enemy troops. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated this on July 3 during a joint briefing with the Prime Minister of Australia.
— There are risks that the Luhansk region will be completely occupied. They are clear to us. But the situation can change every day, – the president stressed.
He noted that “accelerating the delivery of weapons will provide an opportunity to have a fire advantage.”
On Sunday, July 3, the General Staff announced that the Armed Forces of Ukraine were forced to withdraw from their occupied positions and lines in Lysychansk after heavy fighting with Russian troops.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the command made a decision to withdraw Ukrainian defenders in order to preserve the lives of our soldiers.
The General Staff stated that the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue the fight, will definitely return and defeat the Russian invaders.
