400 occupiers per day: the General Staff reported new enemy losses
Over the past day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated at least 400 occupiers.
This is reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Also, in the previous day, our soldiers successfully destroyed almost 40 units of heavy equipment, including tanks, an armored combat vehicle and artillery systems.
Losses of the Russian Federation in the war in Ukraine on August 19:
- personnel – 44,700 (+400) people,
- tanks ‒ 1,899 (+10) units,
- armored combat vehicles ‒ 4195 (+16) units,
- artillery systems – 1016 (+6) units,
- rocket launcher systems – 266 (+1) units,
- air defense systems – 141 (+5) units,
- aircraft – 234 units,
- helicopters – 197 units,
- UAVs of the operational-tactical level – 795 (+2) units,
- cruise missiles – 190,
- ships/boats – 15 units,
- automotive equipment and tank trucks – 3130 (+69) units,
- special equipment – 94 (+1) units.
The enemy suffered the greatest losses in the Donetsk direction.
Earlier, the Operational Command South reported that in the previous day, the missile and artillery units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the south had carried out more than 200 fire missions. Our aviation made four strikes on the accumulation of enemy manpower, weapons and equipment in the Bashtansky (in the Mykolaiv region) and Berislavsky districts (in the Kherson region).
