The occupiers bombarded Mykolaiv with cluster munitions from multiple rocket launchers
Powerful explosions rang out in one of Mykolaiv’s districts. This was reported by the city mayor Oleksandr Senkеvіch.
Updated at 9.01. Vitaliy Kim, the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, reported that on the night and morning of August 5, the enemy shelled the Korabelny district of Mykolaiv.
It is known in advance that a private house was hit and the surrounding buildings were damaged. A fire also broke out in an open area due to the fall of ammunition and its debris.
According to the preliminary information of the military commandant’s office, at night the Korabelny district was shelled with cluster munitions from rocket salvo systems, in the morning – with long-range Pion artillery.
Updated on 07.07. Dmytro Pletenchuk, the press officer of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, wrote that the Russians shelled the Korabelny District of Mykolaiv.
According to him, the occupiers have returned to the practice of using multiple rocket launchers with a cluster part.

The occupiers shelled two districts of the city. As a result of the rocket hitting one of the residential areas, a giant funnel was formed in the ground. Nearby houses were damaged.
On August 3, the Russian occupiers used two S-300 air defense missiles against peaceful Mykolaiv. One hit the store, the other fell nearby. The explosion blew out windows in the houses.
