Russian dictator Vladimir Putin cannot win the war against Ukraine, but he also cannot find a way out of it, according to the head of the British Ministry of Defense Grant Shаpps.

According to the minister, Putin wanted to seize Kyiv with a “bluff”, but the people of Ukraine will not allow this to happen.
– And we will not allow either… We must not back down, – he said.
Shаpps also added that the war is consuming weapons and men “at an alarming rate,” and “we must remain steadfast.”
In his speech, the official also calls Ukraine “part of the family of European democratic nations.”
Earlier, The Telegraph reported that British Defense Minister Grant Shаpps suggested that British troops could train Ukrainian troops in Ukraine.
Subsequently, the Prime Minister of Great Britain Rishi Sunak assured that there are no plans to send British instructors to Ukraine to train the Armed Forces.
