Most of them are convicts: the Russian Federation sent reinforcements to Luhansk region

Russia has transferred new forces to the temporarily occupied territory of the Luhansk region.

According to the information at the disposal of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the reinforcements that arrived in Luhansk Region are mobilized persons.

At the same time, numerous facts of robberies and looting are already known.

– It is possible that a significant number of the mentioned contingent arrived from places of deprivation of liberty, – the General Staff of the Armed Forces emphasizes.

In addition, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine believes that there is a high probability of Russian occupiers shelling the civilian population of the Kherson region, which was also reported by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitalіі Kim, the day before.

In particular, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine considers the fact that the day before in the temporarily occupied territory, a message calling for the evacuation of Novaya Kakhovka was spread, allegedly in connection with the preparation of shelling by units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
