Head of KCMA: 12 out of 16 air targets were destroyed over Kyiv in the morning
In the morning of October 31, air defense forces destroyed 12 enemy targets in the sky over Kyiv.
This was reported by the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration Serhiy Popko.
– Of these 16 targets, 12 were guaranteed to be destroyed. Also, the voltage has already been restored at one of the water intakes. Water supply will be restored in the city soon. We are trying to minimize the consequences of such strikes. All services are working in emergency mode, – he said.
In the morning of October 31, explosions occurred in Kyiv. The Kyiv City Military Administration reported that due to the effective work of air defense forces, no hits were recorded in the capital.
However, the morning attacks on the Kyiv region affected the water and energy supply of the capital. In particular, Kyivvodokanal reported that due to the emergency situation in Kyiv 80% of consumers were left without water.
Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said that as a result of the morning massive attack on October 31, 18 facilities in 10 regions of Ukraine were damaged.
