Electricity was supplied to liberated Kherson
On November 26, electricity was supplied to Kherson, liberated from the Russian occupiers.
Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kyrylo Tymoshenko shared the good news.
– As promised, we managed a little more than a week, – Kyrylo Tymoshenko wrote.
First, power is provided for the objects of the city’s critical infrastructure.
After that, it is the turn of household consumers.
– Thank you to everyone who worked around the clock on this task: the State Emergency Service, the police, electricians from all over Ukraine, the heads of the Kherson and Mykolaiv Regional Military Administrations and their teams, – listed the deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
On November 18, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Kyrylo Tymoshenko announced the ambitious goal of restoring electricity in the liberated settlements of the Kherson region as soon as possible.
Equipment and teams of specialists from all regions of Ukraine were brought in to restore the energy, gas, water, and road infrastructure of the region.
