Nobody forbids destroying targets on the territory of the Russian Federation with weapons of Ukrainian production – Danilov
The Secretary of the National Security Council, Oleksiy Danilov, hinted at Ukraine’s ability to strike Russia in an interview with CNN.
— As for Russian territory, no one forbids us to destroy targets with Ukrainian-made weapons. Do we have such a weapon? Yes, there is, – declared Danilov.
Western countries have forbidden Ukraine to strike Russian territory with Western weapons. Although, throughout the war, there were constant inexplicable explosions at strategic facilities in Russia.
Ukraine has never publicly acknowledged that it was responsible for these strikes.
Ukrainian intelligence chief Kyrylo Budanov last month predicted “deeper and deeper attacks” inside Russia, away from the front lines.
Budanov told ABC News in January that he was “very happy to see” the attacks inside Russia, but he did not answer whether Ukraine was involved in the strikes.
– Do you think there will be more? – the journalist asked Budanov.
– I think so, – he answered.
— Inside Russia? Deep inside Russia? – the reporter asked.
-It’s getting deeper and deeper, – he said.
In particular, in an interview with The Washington Post, Budanov reported that Ukraine has agents working inside Russia, and this destroyed the illusion of security previously felt in the Kremlin.
