Today, February 16, the Russian Federation bombarded Pavlograd in the Dnipropetrovsk region and Kremenchuk in the Poltava region with Kh-22 missiles, which cannot be intercepted by existing air defense equipment.

This was announced by the spokesman of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Yuriy Ignat, on the air of the telethon.

– Today it was Kh-22 missiles, 12 of which were fired from 6 planes in the Kursk region. These are terrorist missiles. This is a weapon that equates to a terrorist weapon when it is released in peaceful, densely populated cities, – said Ignat.

According to the spokesman of the Air Force, the mass of the warhead of the Kh-22 missile is about 950 kg, and the possible error is 600 m.

– These missiles hit our cities today. We see what is happening in Pavlograd. And the explosion at the oil refinery in Kremenchuk. Unfortunately, we have such losses, – he said.
