Approximately 8 drones were shot down: air defense forces destroyed drones on the approach to Kyiv

On the night of April 21, on the approach to Kyiv, about eight enemy kamikaze drones of the Shahed type were detected and shot down.

According to detailed information from the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on the night of April 21, the Russian occupiers launched up to 12 Shahed-136/131 attack drones from the Bryansk region of the Russian Federation at Ukrainian settlements.

As Nataliya Gumenyuk, the head of the joint coordination press center of the Southern Defense Forces, said in a comment to ICTV host Vadym Karpiak on the air of the telethon, a hit to an infrastructure object in Vinnytsia region was also recorded.
