The Armed Forces have success in the Berdyansk direction – General Staff
During the past day, the Defense Forces of Ukraine advanced from 500 m to 1 km in the Berdyansk direction.
This was announced by the spokesman of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Andriy Kovalev, at the briefing.
– In the course of the offensive operation in the Tavriysk and Donetsk operational areas, the Defense Forces have advanced from 500 m to 1 km in the Berdyansk direction over the past day, the area of the territory taken under control is up to three square kilometers, – the message says.
Earlier, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Hanna Maliar said that the Ukrainian military liberated the village of Makarivka in the Donetsk region from the Russian invaders.
It was also reported about the liberation of two more settlements in the Donetsk region – Blagodatne and Neskuchne.
