The enemy launched the UAV from three directions at once: Ignatov names peculiarity of Russian night attack

The peculiarity of the Russian night attack was that the occupiers launched drones from three directions at once. Usually, the enemy used one or two directions.
This was stated by Yuriy Ihnat, spokesperson for the Ukrainian Air Force Command, on the air of the United News telethon.
– “Today, the enemy used Kursk region, the Chaud training ground in the occupied Crimea and Primorsko-Akhtarsk in Krasnodar Krai. Shahed 136/131 were launched from these three directions,” he told Vіkna Novyny host Yana Brenzey.
According to Ihnat, Ukraine needs more air defence systems to protect its territory.
The spokesman stressed that the main target of the enemy is our port infrastructure and food. Ukrainian defenders are trying to do their best to destroy as many enemy targets as possible.
On the night of 2 August, the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed 23 Shahed attack drones.
However, some of the drones launched by Russia hit port infrastructure in Odesa region.
