Russians take 450 more Ukrainian children for ‘rehabilitation’ – National Resistance Centre

Recently, the Russian occupiers, under various pretexts, including allegedly for recreation, took about 450 more Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories to Russia, the National Resistance Centre reports.
According to the Centre, 50 high school students were taken to Yaroslavl to campaign for admission to the local Demidov University.
But the most common criminal practice is sending children to children’s camps for “rehabilitation”.
For example, the occupiers sent 200 children from Dovzhansk to Anapa, another 200 to the Krasnodar Territory (150 from Kakhovka and Henichesk districts of Kherson region, 50 from the TOT of Zaporizhzhia).
– In the camps, children are given concerts by “Russian stars” and “patriotic exercises” where local teachers brainwash them. “Often, children are not returned to Ukraine,” the National Resistance Centre says.
As of the end of July, Ukraine had information about more than 19,500 children deported to Russia since the start of the full-scale war.
The Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories, Iryna Vereshchuk, recently said that only a few hundred – approximately 380-383 – had been returned.
