Ukrainian Armed Forces gain foothold in Robotyne, combat operations continue

The Ukrainian military, who entered the village of Robotyne in Zaporizhzhia Oblast the day before, managed to gain a foothold there, but the fighting continues.
This was stated by the spokesman for the joint press centre of the Tauride Defence Forces, Oleksandr Stupun, on the air of the United News telethon.
– “Yes, we managed to gain a foothold in certain areas. Our military continue to conduct combat operations,” he said, answering a question from ICTV host Vadym Karpiak.
Stupun emphasised that any advance along the Azov coast is important when it comes to the liberation of Robotyne and other settlements.
According to him, in the Zaporizhzhya sector, the military is focused on destroying enemy artillery.
– “Over the last three days, 19 artillery systems and mortars, three MLRS and a Solntsepek system were destroyed,” elaborated the Tavriya sector spokesman.
