The court banned the Opposition Platform – For Life

The Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal banned the Opposition Platform For Life (OPFL) political party.
This was reported in the Ministry of Justice.
Therefore, all property, funds and other assets of this party, according to the court, should become the property of the state. This also applies to regional, city and district organizations of OPFL, as well as primary centers and other structural entities.
As of today, the courts of first instance have ruled to ban 10 pro-Russian political parties and those whose activities are aimed at undermining Ukraine’s sovereignty:
- Opoblok;
- Socialists;
- Nashi (our ,– Ed.);
- State;
- Vladimir Saldo Bloc;
- Fair Development Party;
- Socialist Party of Ukraine;
- Left opposition;
- Sharia Party;
- OPFL.
On June 16, the Eighth Court of Appeal of Lviv issued a decision banning the activities of the Sharia Party. This is the second attempt to ban the Sharia Party in Ukraine. The Security Service first tried to do so in the Kyiv District Administrative Court a year ago.
On June 8, it became known that the Eighth Administrative Court of Appeals had banned the Opposition Bloc political party.
