Danilov advocated the nuclear disarmament of the Russian Federation: People with a sick psyche are not given matches
Russia needs to be stripped of its nuclear weapons, as an aggressor country is dangerous for the world.
This was stated by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Oleksiy Danilov in an interview with the Ukrainian Pravda publication.
– I would like to emphasize that the Russian Federation must be deprived of nuclear weapons. We do not give people with mental illness, for example, sharp objects or matches. Such people are isolated from society. The Russian Federation must be isolated from civilized society because of nuclear weapons. They are very dangerous and have proven that they are sick, – he emphasized.
According to Danilov, if at first Ukraine demanded the Russian Federation to leave Ukrainian territories, now it is also about the payment of reparations and a number of other issues. Only after fulfilling these requirements, Kyiv can consider the option of negotiations.
– Now they have to make all satisfactions, contributions, all reparations and so on. After that, we can talk with them about something for the future, – said the secretary of the NSDC.
Recently, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin announced that the Russian Federation may consider including the possibility of a pre-emptive nuclear first strike in its military doctrine.
According to the Pentagon, Russia is expanding and modernizing its nuclear potential.
