Kalibrs strike: five people injured by rocket fragments in Vinnytsia suburb
In the suburbs of Vinnytsia, five people were injured by the fragments of the Kalibr systems shot down on the afternoon of 26 July.
This was reported on 27 July by the head of the regional military administration Serhiy Borzov.
According to the head of the Regional Military Administration, all the wounded were provided with the necessary medical care in a timely manner.
Their lives are currently not in danger.
It is known that the wreckage of one Kalibr missile fell near a hotel complex, and the second near a greenhouse.
The outbuildings and technical facilities were damaged.
The amount of damage is currently being established.
As a reminder, Russian troops struck with three Kalibr missiles at around 14:00 on 26 July.
Immediately afterwards, there were reports of explosions in Vinnytsia and Zhytomyr regions.
In the evening of 26 July, the Air Force reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces had destroyed a total of 36 Russian cruise missiles during the day – three Kalibr missiles and 33 X-101/X-555 missiles.
In the morning, the spokesperson for the Ukrainian Air Force Command, Yuriy Ihnat, clarified that three Kalibrs had been destroyed the day before in Vinnytsia and Zhytomyr regions.
