Challenger 2 is already in Ukraine: Reznikov takes a ride on a British tank

Ukraine’s Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov took a ride on one of the British Challenger 2 MBT tanks that have already arrived in Ukraine.

Reznikov posted the video on Twitter.

The Defense Minister thanked his British counterpart Ben Wallace and Prime Minister Rishi Sunak for such assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

– Ці фантастичні машини скоро розпочнуть виконання своїх бойових завдань, – зауважив Резніков.

It was a pleasure to take the first Ukrainian Challenger 2 MBT for a spin.
Such tanks, supplied by the United Kingdom, have recently arrived in our country.
These fantastic machines will soon begin their combat missions.

The day before, Oleksiy Reznikov showed new combat vehicles that the Ukrainian Armed Forces have already received from their Western partners.

These are British Challenger 2 tanks, American Stryker and Cougar armored personnel carriers, and German Marder infantry fighting vehicles.

Earlier, The Guardian wrote that our military, who have completed training on Challenger 2 tanks in the UK, are returning to Ukraine.
